1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
1.1. The Landlord transfers, and the Tenant accepts for temporary paid use, the residential premises (hereinafter — Object) located at: __________________________________________________.
1.2. The Object is transferred for the residence of ________________ persons (number).

2. PAYMENT AND SETTLEMENTS

2.3. Upon signing the Agreement, the Tenant shall pay a Security Deposit in the amount of _______________ UAH. The deposit is returned upon checkout if the Object and property are not damaged.

3. RULES AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
3.1. The Tenant is prohibited from: smoking on the premises, holding mass events (parties), violating the quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00, or keeping animals without prior approval.
3.2. The Tenant is obliged to return the Object in proper condition and vacate it on time (Check-out).
3.3. The Landlord has the right to terminate the Agreement immediately without refunding the payment in case of violation of clause 3.1.

4. LIABILITY
4.1. The Tenant bears full financial responsibility for the safety of the Object, furniture, and appliances.
4.2. In case of damage to property, losses are compensated from the Security Deposit. If the amount of damage exceeds the deposit, the Tenant is obliged to pay the difference.
