A unique 2-storey luxury studio in a modern 15-storey residential complex in the very center of Zaporozhye (immediately behind the Circus, a high-rise building) - with a personal veranda on the roof, from where a stunning panoramic view of the entire city opens up, which will take your breath away. Within walking distance of the public transport stop TC Ukraine, Dovzhenko cinema, circus, Silpo shopping center, etc., bank terminals, post office, cafes and restaurants. It should also be noted that the perimeter of the residential complex is guarded, which provides you with additional security. The apartment has comfortable furniture (double bed, sofa), modern appliances (refrigerator, microwave, air conditioner, etc.) and Wi-Fi Internet. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to cook. Clean bed linen and towels are also provided.
Cleaning and change of bed linen is carried out every 4 days.

Maximum number of guests - 2 people.

Standard check-in time is from 14:00 to 22:30. When checking in after 22:30, the guest must pay an extra charge of 200 UAH for night check-in.
The standard check-out time is from 07:00 to 12:00. When checking out before 07:00, the guest must pay an extra charge of 200 UAH for night check-out.

If the guest wants to check in before 14:00, he must make an extra charge for early check-in:
- in the amount of 1/2 the cost of a day's stay when checking in after 09:00;
- in the amount of the cost of a day's stay when checking in before 09:00.

If the guest wants to check out later than 12:00, he must make an extra charge for late check-out:
- in the amount of 1/2 the cost of a day's stay when checking out before 16:00;
- in the amount of the cost of a day's stay when checking out after 16:00.

Hourly rent for 2-3 hours 800 UAH,
for the night (from 21:00 to 8:00) 1000 UAH,
per day 1200 UAH.
