The apartments are located in the very center of the city - on Metallurgists Avenue, opposite the Athena shopping center, not far from Soborny Avenue, Metallurgists stop. Everything you need is within walking distance: McDonald's, Afina shopping center, atb, market, grocery stores, banks, transport interchange. The apartment is equipped with all necessary household appliances (refrigerator, microwave, air conditioning, plasma TV, hair dryer), furniture, Wi-Fi. We provide clean bed linen and towels.
Standard check-in time is from 14:00 to 22:30. When checking in after 22:30, the guest must pay an additional 200 UAH for a night check-in.
The standard check-out time is from 07:00 to 12:00. When checking out before 07:00, the guest must pay an additional 200 UAH for a night check-out.
If the guest wants to check in earlier than 14:00, then he must make an additional payment for early check-in:
- in the amount of 1/2 of the cost of a day of accommodation for check-in after 09:00;
- in the amount of the cost of a day's accommodation for check-in before 09:00.
If the guest wants to check out later than 12:00, then he must make a surcharge for late check-out:
- in the amount of 1/2 of the cost of a day's stay in case of check-out before 16:00;
- in the amount of the cost of a day's stay in case of check-out after 16:00.
Hourly rent for 2-3 hours 1400 UAH,
for the night (from 21:00 to 8:00) 1700 UAH,
day 2100 UAH.
