We rent our cozy, spacious, not hot three-room apartment in Sergeevka on the Black Sea coast and Budak estuary, B-Dnestrovsky district, Odessa region.
The fourth floor of a 6-storey building (no lift), clean front door, neat and bright rooms (wooden beds, bedding, TV, internet, fans - no air conditioning), balcony, kitchen (refrigerator, gas / 2 + electric / 2 stove, kitchen utensils + dishes), bathroom and toilet - separately (hot water round the clock, boiler, washing machine), there is a parking place in the yard.
To the market - 5 minutes, to the guarded parking lot - 10 minutes. To the sea, estuary and recreation area - 20 minutes.
The price is for stays of up to 4 people. If necessary, we can accommodate more people - the price is discussed individually.
