Pleasant view from the window, all infrastructure within walking distance (historical city center, convenient transport interchange, supermarkets, pharmacies, coffee shops, cafes, squares, theater of musical comedy, paid parking). The studio has everything you need to stay for 2 people (air conditioning, comfortable double bed, WI-FI, TV and Sweet TY, kitchenette with hob, dishes, microwave oven, boiler, washing machine, towels, hairdryer). Very warm and clean. We take care of all our guests, so we strongly ask you to refrain from smoking in the apartment, and leave your beloved pets at home or in special hotels.
In 300 m is the Clinic for Reproductive Medicine. Grishchenko (Implant) and Kharkiv Regional Perinatal Center.
