Minimum stay: 1 night.
Prepayment amount: 50% of the rental cost. When you make a prepayment for a specific date, it guarantees the booking for that date and is applied toward the total rental cost. Once the prepayment is made, we reserve the selected house and dates for you; therefore, funds cannot be refunded or transferred to another period—regardless of the reason, including event cancellation, illness, bad weather, or other force majeure circumstances. Consequently, the rental prepayment is non-refundable. By making the prepayment, you agree to these terms. Security deposit – 7,000 UAH (an additional payment due on the day of the rental; this deposit covers property protection and guarantees the return of the house in accordance with the agreed terms; it is refunded upon check-out, provided there is no damage).
